Our Director is responsible for developing a comprehensive medical plan of care for each patient knowledgeable for every member of our team and the patient's family.
Manages our care team and patient's medical care. Educates and trains caregivers in order to best fit patient's care. Maintains communications and coordination among our Team.
Assists with personal care such as bathing, feeding, etc. Oversees dental and mouth care.
Assists in providing emotional care to patients and family members. Helps address financial issues. Help obtain any governmental support, if qualified. Assist with end of life preparations.
Works in conjunction with the patient's clergy. Available to provide spiritual support for patient and family. Available to conduct and or attend memorial services.
Specially trained volunteers are available to spend time with the patient, offer companionship and provide relief for the family.
