We strive to provide the highest quality care for those individuals living with a life-limiting illness and their families, through quality medical, emotional, spiritual, and social support. Our patient care will offer a safe healthcare environment for all. We the Caring Hearts of South Texas will emphasize the importance of being proactive about our patient's health.

Every Patient is Supported by Our:
Corazon's Medical Director
Our Director is responsible for developing a comprehensive medical plan of care for each patient knowledgeable for every member of our team and the patient's family.
Registered Nurse
Manages our care team and patient's medical care. Educates and trains caregivers in order to best fit patient's care. Maintains communications and coordination among our Team.
Certified Nurse's Aides
Assists with personal care such as bathing, feeding, etc. Oversees dental and mouth care.
Social Worker
Assists in providing emotional care to patients and family members. Helps address financial issues. Help obtain any governmental support, if qualified. Assist with end of life preparations.
Chaplain
Works in conjunction with the patient's clergy. Available to provide spiritual support for patient and family. Available to conduct and or attend memorial services.
Volunteer
Specially trained volunteers are available to spend time with the patient, offer companionship and provide relief for the family.
